A financial specialist with over eight years experience in private and public organizations with expertise in budgeting, donor reporting, developing financial policies and procedures, and other financial aspects of non-governmental organizations’ work.
An expert in organizational capacity building with a considerable background both in academics and with over 8 years of field experience in the areas of organizational development, fundraising and sustainability. Holds Degree at the TalTech School of Business and Governance.
An interdisciplinary social scientist experienced in mix-methods research, curating socially engaged art, communications, and project development.
